Employment Status: Full-Time & Part


Time Department: Customer Experience


Hours of Work:

Varied within operating hours
Monday – Friday 6:30am – 10:00pm
Saturday & Sunday 8:00am – 10:00pm


Position Details:
• Handle customer requests related to roadside assistance, automotive concerns, program inquiries and/or customer service queries
• Arrange required service through CAA, AAA or client network
• Recommend changes to existing methods and systems to increase the accuracy, efficiency and responsiveness of the Customer Experience team
• Make decisions on service exceptions and customer resolution opportunities


Requirements:
• Post-secondary education
• Strong communication both written and oral
• Additional languages such as French, Spanish and/or Mandarin an asset
• Previous experience in customer service/inbound contact centre
• Excellence communication and interpersonal skills
